1. Scope & Purpose
This policy applies to all services and recurring subscriptions offered by Estahad & Co. LLC (the “Company”), including Growth Systems, Business Support Partners, Virtual Assistant packages, one-time projects, add-ons, and custom engagements sold on estahadandco.com and billed in USD via Stripe or another payment processor.
Our goal is to be fair and transparent. This document explains when refunds are allowed, how cancellations and pauses work, timeframes, and how refunds are processed.
2. Billing Currency, Taxes & Invoices
All prices listed on the website are shown in USD unless otherwise noted.
Local taxes or VAT (if applicable) may be added at checkout; taxes are not refundable if already remitted to tax authorities.
We issue invoices for every payment, containing service description, billing period, invoice number, and Company tax details.
3. Cooling-off Window for New Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial payment if no custom or billable work has begun.
“Work” includes setup calls, account creation, access provisioning, initial configuration, or delivery of any documentation/assets.
If work has started before your refund request, we will calculate a pro-rated refund (see §5).
To request: Email billing@estahadandco.com with your name, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
4. Cancellation & Subscription Renewals
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
For annual or prepaid plans, unused months will be refunded pro-rata using the standard monthly rate (not the discounted prepay rate), minus any non-refundable fees (§6).
To cancel, use the link in your invoice or email billing@estahadandco.com.
5. Pro-rata Refunds & Example Calculation
If we agree to a pro-rata refund:
Determine the standard monthly rate (R).
Count the unused full months remaining (M).
Subtract any non-refundable setup/milestone fees (S) and third-party costs (T).
Refund amount = (R × M) − S − T.
Example:
12-month prepaid plan, standard monthly rate $2,000, used 4 months, 8 months left, $500 setup fee, $200 third-party costs →
Refund = (2,000 × 8) − 500 − 200 = $14,300.
6. Non-refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
Completed strategy/kickoff workshops, drafts, training hours, or deliverables.
Setup and milestone fees (automation build, CRM setup, funnel setup, domain/hosting purchases, expedite fees).
Third-party pass-through costs (ad spend, paid tools, domain registration, API fees).
Fees applied for refunds or chargebacks imposed by payment processors.
Discounts or promotional credits once the service period has started.
7. Pauses & Account Holds
You may request a pause for up to 30 days, once every 6 months.
Pauses must be requested at least 3 business days before the next renewal.
Longer pauses will be treated as cancellations and handled under §5.
8. Out-of-scope Work & Change Requests
Each plan includes defined deliverables and a revision allowance.
Out-of-scope work is quoted separately, and fees for approved change orders are non-refundable after acceptance.
9. Failed Payments, Collections & Suspensions
If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you.
Services may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Unresolved balances older than 30 days may be referred to collections.
10. Chargebacks & Disputes
For incorrect charges, contact billing@estahadandco.com before filing a chargeback.
If you raise a chargeback, we will provide proof of work/delivery.
If reversed in our favor, you will be billed for the original amount plus chargeback fees.
11. Refund Processing Time & Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We will email confirmation once processed.
12. Exceptional Circumstances & Force Majeure
In unforeseen events (natural disaster, major outage, legal restrictions, etc.), we may offer credits, pro-rata refunds, or alternative solutions case-by-case.
13. Termination for Cause
We may terminate services immediately for fraud, illegal activity, abuse, or breach of terms.
No refunds for periods after termination, though pro-rated refunds may apply for unused time (minus non-refundable items).
14. Geographic & Regulatory Notes
We operate internationally. Cross-border customers may incur local tax or bank fees.
EU/UK customers have additional consumer rights under regional laws.
15. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email billing@estahadandco.com with:
Full name and business name
Invoice/Order number
Date of purchase & payment method
Reason for cancellation or refund request
We will acknowledge within 48 business hours and provide next steps.
16. Recordkeeping & Audit
We maintain invoices, service logs, and communication records for compliance and dispute resolution as per legal standards.

18. Governing Law & Venue
This policy and related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
Venue for disputes: federal or state courts in New Mexico.
19. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy due to legal or business changes.
Material updates will appear on our website with a new “Last updated” date.
